The announcement was made during a press conference led by prominent figures including Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Mansoori, Director of the General Department of Community Happiness; Brigadier Juma Bin Suwaidan, Acting Director of the General Department of Traffic; Lt. Col. Talal Hussain Al Tuwash, Acting Deputy Director of the General Department of Training; Mr. Eddie Saibe, Marketing Director at Spacetoon; and Lieutenant Salma Al Marri, Project Manager. The event was attended by various officers, staff members, and media representatives.

Educational and Entertainment Fusion

Brigadier Al Mansoori expressed enthusiasm about the new series, highlighting its role in combining entertainment with educational content. “This cartoon series represents a novel approach to communicate community and safety messages to children in a manner that is both enjoyable and effective,” Al Mansoori stated. He emphasized that this initiative aligns with Dubai Police’s mission to enhance community engagement and promote core values among younger generations.

Brigadier Juma Bin Suwaidan elaborated on the series’ educational aspects, noting that it includes messages about basic traffic rules, proper behavior, and how to address common challenges. “The episodes are crafted to offer exciting adventures with characters who resolve problems positively, helping children understand and retain important safety concepts,” he explained.

The cartoon series also aims to address issues such as bullying, online safety, and emergency procedures, providing children with practical knowledge in a relatable and engaging format.

Lt. Col. Talal Hussain Al Tuwash highlighted the technical and creative efforts involved in producing the series. The Virtual Technology Centre played a key role in the project, utilizing advanced 3D techniques and innovative tools to create high-quality animations. “The design of Officer Mansour and other characters was carefully considered to appeal to children and serve as positive role models,” he added.

Lt. Salma Al Marri, Project Manager and Scriptwriter, detailed the production process, emphasizing the focus on crafting engaging stories with clear educational messages. “From character design to animation, every stage was meticulously executed to ensure the series meets high-quality standards and effectively communicates its intended messages,” she explained.

Alongside Officer Mansour are characters like Amna and Tygo the dog, who navigate various life situations, teaching children valuable lessons through their adventures.
